Heat @olive oil{2%tbsp} in a large #pot{} or #dutch oven{} over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped @onion{1}, @carrots{2}, and @celery{2%stalks}. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly golden, about ~{10%minutes}.
