On a clean work surface or in a large #bowl, make a mound with your chosen flour and salt. Create a well in the center.
 
Crack the @eggs{} into the well. Add any @oil{} or @water{} specified in your chosen variation.
 
Using a #fork, gently whisk the wet ingredients in the center, gradually incorporating the flour from the sides of the well until a shaggy dough forms.
